Dragonfly Patterned Dichroic Glass Pendant

These marvelous pendants are handmade of Dichroic glass rich, black pendant, filled with many, shimmering images of dragonflies at flight. Each pendant is different, with the dragonflies shimmering in assorted colors that vary between each pendant and indeed each small image, making each piece a unique work of art unto itself. The glass itself is mixed with no dye, paint, or other such pigment to create this brilliant effect, with layers of oxides actually utilized within the glass to shape the way that light travels through it, altering the color that you see when you look upon it. Formerly used only in spacecraft and other aeronautical design, Dichroic glass has become a fantastic artistic medium. Each of these delightful works of art hangs approximately 1" long and 1/2" wide, and possesses a bail large enough to fit any cord or chain. Each pendant may vary slightly in size and coloring.
